The ADEMS RL Evolution is designed for shaping of support surface on professional convex scissors.
The machine is demanded by workshops for sharpening tools used by barbers.

The width of support surface decreases when sharpening of convex scissors face and radial grinding of the flank is carried out often and incorrect. This reduces the resistance of the cutting edge and result in abrasion of the flank.

The ADEMS RL Evolution machine allows you to sharpen more than 5 tools per hour with reliably high quality even to novice masters with minimal sharpening skills.

The machine is compact, easy installed in small space workshops or used for field sharpening at the client, at exhibitions and other events.

Sharpening is made on an abrasive wheel from cubic boron nitride (elbor, CBN).

To protect grinderman and ambient space from floating dust and grinding material particles the machine is completed with a removable cover.

The machine is equipped with a frequency converter to change the speed and direction of rotation of the engine, which allows to expand the list of services provided for tool sharpening.

Sharpening is performed by clamping the sharpened surface to the abrasive disk.

The ADEMS RL Evolution machine is completed with necessary accessories and consumables.
