Description ADEMS Pro - machine for sharpening of scissors and household knives
ADEMS Pro is a professional, reliable and at the same time easy-to-use machine for sharpening scissors and knives of various types. ADEMS Pro easy deals with the sharpening of stationery, household, tailor’s knives, garden shears, as well as kitchen, table, carving and butcher knives.
The machine is demanded by workshops for sharpening household tools, by peasant farm enterprises, catering enterprises, meat and fish processing enterprises.
The high functionality and processability of the machine makes it possible to qualitatively sharpen a large number of scissors and knives over a short period of time. Sharpening of one tool takes a few minutes. At the same time, allows to work on it even the beginners who previously had no experience in sharpening the instrument. The machine is compact, mobile, has a small weight, which allows to use it for field sharpening and maintenance, to install in a mobile sharpening workshops.
The unique manipulator of own manufacture allows to securely fix the tool being sharpened and set the required sharpening angle. When change the side to be sharpened, the angle of sharpening is maintained. Manipulator is assembled on industrial bearings, which ensures smooth movement of the clamp with the tool and excludes backlash during tool sharpening. Updated engine shaft eliminates vibration and run-out during operation. For convenience of sharpening mode selection, pictograms of separating scales for sharpening of knives and scissors are applied on manipulator holder.
For convenience there are mounting holes on the base of the machine for installation of an additional equipment.
Tool sharpening is performed on abrasive or diamond circles. Abrasive wheels can be shaped to any profile, that greatly expands the list of tools to be sharpened. The type of the tool to be sharpened is selected and the sharpening angle is set on the manipulator clamp.
The ADEMS Pro machine can be equipped with the additional accessories that significantly expand its functionality:
- ADEMS Helper - a device for sharpening and elimination of abrasive wheels run-out;
- ADEMS Hunter - a device for knife sharpening which allows to sharpen knives with equal cutting edge width at significant rounding radius;
- A clamp for manicure nippers allows to sharpen manicure nippers.
The ADEMS Pro machine is fully completed with all necessary additional and consumables. Getting the machine you get a ready-made solution for a successful sharpening business.
On our website you can purchase additional devices and consumables without worrying about the quality. Consumables are sold as ready-made sets for 6 months, and separately.
If necessary, you can study to work on the machine both face-to-face at the International Academy of Sharpening ADEMS, and remotely via the Internet or video courses.
