ADEMS Pro 2 is an evolutionary sequel of the ADEMS Pro machine with advanced functionality. Designed for scissors and knives sharpening. ADEMS Pro 2 can easily cope with sharpening of stationery, household, tailor's, garden scissors, as well as kitchen, dining, cutting, slaughterhouse knives.

The machine is in demand by ateliers for household tools sharpening, peasant farms, public catering enterprises, meat and fish processing enterprises.

The functionality and adaptability of the machine will help to sharpen a large number of scissors and knives in a short time with constant quality. Sharpening of one tool takes on average 10 minutes. At the same time, even beginners who have no experience in sharpening will be able to work on it.

For the convenience of choosing of the sharpening mode, pictographs are applied on the manipulator holder, separating the scales for knives and scissors sharpening.

The manipulator of domestic construction will reliably fix the tool being sharpened and help to set the necessary sharpening angle. When changing the sharpening side, the sharpening angle is preserved. The manipulator is assembled on industrial bearings, which will create a smooth movement of the clamp with the tool and eliminates looseness when sharpening the tool.
The modified motor shaft eliminates vibration and runout during operation.
 
For ease of operation, mounting holes for installing additional equipment are placed on the machine stand.
 
The tool is sharpened on the abrasive or diamond wheels. Abrasive wheels are profiled for any specialization, which expands the list of sharpened tools. On the clamp of the manipulator, the type of tool to be sharpened is selected and the sharpening angle is set.
