Description Tailor clamp for ADEMS Pro and Pro 2
Device for sharpening tailor scissors on ADEMS Pro and ADEMS Pro 2 machines.
Designed for sharpening tailor scissors of considerable size and weight as opposed to classic scissors.
Allows sharpening tailor scissors for single-layer fabrics at an angle of 60 degrees and for multilayer fabrics at an angle of 45 degrees. The width of the cutting edge remains constant along the entire length of the blade.
A special design of the clamp has three fixation points of the contact surface with the tailor scissors blade - two on the upper part of the clamp and one on the lower one. It allows better fixation of tailor scissors of considerable size and weight, unlike classic scissors, not allowing to move from the fixation position during sharpening. The top wider part of the clamp is made of stainless hardened steel, which avoids deformation and withstands stress during sharpening, and increases durability and longevity. The lower part of the contact clamp has a flat aluminum surface.
The larger 45mm diameter hinge handle of the clamp has a large girth that allows you to comfortably and easily adjust the clamping force of the tailor scissors blade.
The clamp is easily installed to the manipulator instead of the regular one, in the same technological and threaded holes with a fixing wingnut screw to fix the clamp and set the angle of the tailor scissors blade.
This clamp makes it easier for a sharper with little experience to control the quality of work on the machine.
If necessary, you can study to work on the machine both face-to-face at the International Academy of Sharpening ADEMS, and remotely via the Internet or video courses.
