Description Abrasive powder silicon carbide F220, 250 g

Designed for basic grinding of knife blocks of hairdressing machines, animal hair clippers, knives and grates of meat grinders on the ADEMS Front Plate Inverter.

The grinding material silicon carbide, chemically designated SiC, is one of the hardest abrasives. Due to its hardness as well as its high melting point, silicon carbide is excellent as an abrasive product. It is also characterized by good thermal conductivity.

Silicon carbide grains, due to their hard and crystalline sharp cutting structure, are suitable for processing various metals, hard and tough materials, but it is also possible to use it for stone processing. Examples of sanding materials containing abrasive grains of silicon carbide are water-resistant paper, sanding tape on a paper or cloth base, sanding discs on velcro, sharpening stones for sharpening knives and cutting tools, for making abrasive polishing pastes.

Abrasive powder silicon carbide, as consumable sharpening material is ideal for a specially developed plate for the machine ADEMS Front Plate Inverter, on which you can get a quality and original result of sharpening knife block of machines, knives and grids of meat grinders.

For finishing and polishing you can use aluminum oxide abrasive powder.

For high-quality grinding as a binder it is recommended to use a concentrate of grinding fluid, developed by ADEMS specialists especially for this machine, which will be selected by our manager.
